Thank you for the links - you've opened my mind a bit here. I still don't think that's necessarily worthy of the word "gassing" given we're in a global pandemic and people aren't being murdered.

The Jews in Nazi Germany were criminals because byzantine laws were created to justify their arrest. Detaining trespassers has been a crime in every nation in history.
What would you prefer to happen?
- Increase the ICE budget and not take away their resources (GitHub, AWS, and all the other boycotts), causing the conditions to be _even worse_.
- Abolish ICE and let potentially thousands of un-vetted people out into the country. People who could have criminal background.
