I wonder if issues can be manipulated in a more structured way.
Superficially issues seem similar to imperative functions. And it should be possible to navigate them using an IDE-like UI.
Basically a programming language where the lowest level instruction is Markdown interpreted by a human.
What's the closest thing that exists?
