A nice UI for entering content into forms is about 10% of a what a scaled content production team needs to get work done and 0% of what a digital marketing team needs. All that being said, Strapi can still be a really good product to fill a big part of the framework without locking yourself in. There are giant enterprisey CMS products like AEM or SiteCore that are all-in-one publishing and marketing platforms but they ludicrously expensive and complicated and not great quality either.
