Signing in to AWS, Amazon served me an add for AWS DeepRacer, a miniature computer-controlled car that runs models developed on AWS ML infrastructure. Seemed like it could be a fun summer family project to try different courses, different terrains, different goals. But I can't find much actual experience with it, and the new version of the car seems in limbo.
What do folks think? Are there better platforms for a family autonomous vehicle project? What has been fun for you?
