| Hi HN! I'm currently on an O-1A visa which fairly explicitly restricts my ability to earn income to the company which sponsors me. I'd love to scratch my entrepreneurial itch without risking deportation. Curious how others have handled this situation in the past? I'm wondering if I could do it via an LLC and simply not withdraw any profits (assuming there are any) and just leave it in the entity, or whether I could/should operate it out of the UK instead? |
