Ask HN: How has automation helped web browsing easier for you?
1 point by behnamoh on Feb 2, 2020 | hide | past | favorite
as an example, whenever you click on a link in Evernote, it opens up a new tab with a message saying "You are leaving Evernote" and you have to manually click "Continue". But this can be easily automated by a TemperMonkey script which clicks on "Continue" automatically.

Or as another example, using CVim has greatly enhanced my web surfing and productivity. I don't know why it's not enabled by default on browsers.

I was wondering, in what ways have you found scripts or automation tasks to help you have a happier web browsing?
