The cheapest western Android phones like by Motorola, Nokia or Xiaomi (the around 150€ models) don't have this and you can uninstall everything that IS on there. Actually the expansive ones like Samsung are the really bloated ones.

Maybe I should have said non-mainstream ones. I never saw an Android One phone unless it was specifically bought for pure Android.
