I have started brushing my teeth more often with soft brush, instead of brushing fast and hard which would hurt gums if i did it 1+ times i increased iteration but reduced the force. I started because I went to dentist and after cleaning I felt so fresh and positive. Then I remember reading "Alzheimer's disease could be caused by a gum infection", also inflammation and immune response. So I think there is a connection...

never mind I actually found a study that confirms it. My guess it brushing massages the gums AND remove the acid provoking body's damage control responses.
