Wanted to get everyone's feedback. We are in beta for a new platform that puts job seekers in front of employers based on skills rather than your age, experience, college name etc.
It is "Sabermetrics" for Recruitment. It makes everyone equal and puts the power in the hand of the job seeker, rather than the employer.
