PG&E has a map of potentially affected areas. Seems like many of the areas affected are less densely populated.

So instead of properly maintaining their infrastructure, they just completely shut down when their job becomes tough?

I can’t wait to get out of this state.


Something similar happens to prevent long-term, widespread blackouts on summer days. These usually last hours.

But 7 days? That's tough to justify to the public.

I understand why they feel it's necessary, and maybe it is necessary. But there has to be a better way.


If this actually happens, it will be great for Tesla and other companies that produce home solar + batteries.


Sure - but this isn't the answer for everyone.
