Just a thought, but maybe the best way to attract talent is to not refer to them using pejoratives?



Most of the nerds I know - including myself - wear the label with a hint of pride. I've never thought of it as a pejorative, and I don't know anyone who has.

Of all the hills to die on, I say let this one pass.
