Playing with Catalina Beta, I have noticed I couldn't run anything from non-recognized developers anymore. Not sure it'd be the same in the official release this month.

Just right click the app and pick Open to bypass Gatekeeper and open an unsigned app.

Yeah that has worked since Gatekeeper was introduced. Does it still work on Catalina?

You mean non signed apps or apps from outside the Mac App Store?

If you download an app that is not from an identified developer, whatever that means in Catalina. I know there were some changes with the latest Mojave as well.
