Hello, we are trying to setup a company via Stripe Atlas and since we will be having a software as a service (SAAS) setup, there is a query on how will we ensure we don’t work with customers, contractors, employees from territories or entities that have US sanctions against them.
I looked for solutions but could not find any. I assume that if we work with a US bank or payment service like Stripe, they will ensure we can’t transact with such entities. Apparently Stripe Atlas needs a more convincing answer. Want to ask other startups how do they manage this?
