TLDR: Apple is releasing a swipe-style keyboard with iOS 13. Any tips for getting up on the learning curve?
I have tried the Swype keyboard several times over the years. At first, it had lots of bugs, possibly due to issues on the iOS side (I recall some of the bugs seemed to be an Apple problem not a Swype problem). So I never used it much.
Recently I decided to try again, and saw that there are a couple popular swipe keyboards — but both (google's and swiftkey) require full keyboard access, which I didn't want to grant.
I am able to use Swype's keyboard since I installed it prior to them shutting down, but it has odd bugs and isn't great. I want to keep using some sort of swipe-based keyboard in the lead up to iOS 13, and I'd be interested to hear tips from others who have worked their way up the learning curve.
