Hello,
I work for a small company. We've a lot of libraries which we think could be helpful for other people too. We are planning to open source them. I'm working on a document which lays down guidelines about maintaining these repositories once they are open sourced for maintainers inside company. I'm curious about how other companies manage this. If you also have opensourced repositories how do you handle things like,
1. How many people should work as maintainers? One per repo or no designated person?
2. How do you assign your working time?
3. Do you get paid more if you help in maintaining these repos?
Any other tips are welcome too! Also if you can let me know your company's motive to opensource your code.
Thanks!
