Most 10+ year experienced devs probably won't be able to invert a binary tree quickly. It could be attributed to many of them doing architecture level work, or programming within frameworks or mentoring teams.
If I were interested in FAANG, what I, a 12+ years experienced Dev/Architect/Tech Lead do to be a potential candidate for any of these companies?
