It's also possible that the Saudi Prince's ethics are merely different from someone at Facebook but I don't think beheadings are commonly considered a good thing in the U.S.

As usual if you feel fine and inline with the company's ethic then go for it.
I suspect that most engineers and Facebook employee know deep down how shitty the product they build really is.
