Adwaita dark
looks pretty good. Since I'm currently building a Gtk3 app in Go, I'm very curious: Which theme would you prefer for a modern desktop application?

With GNOME I use Arc-Darker. With i3 I use Numix. I generally prefer Numix, but for some reason it looks weird e.g. with nautilus.
