When it comes to technical positions, we have had good experiences with small coding exercises (max 60-90 minutes) prior to onsite interviews. I would like to adapt this approach now to the business development position. Can anybody share some examples of small exercises/tasks that you have been assigning to applicants in the hiring process? |
