Ask HN: What technologies did you learn in 2018?
Solid prediction. I've been THIS close to learning Scala a few times. I did pick up some Groovy/Grails a couple years ago and decided, while familiar & powerful, I'd try to venture outside of the JVM next.
Scala still on my mind though. Kotlin too.
