I know interesting companies have popped up and fizzled out or been acuqired, including Cue(formerly Greplin and butter.ai, and some newer ones have been launched, like Journal, but I can't stop but think that there are entire swaths of underserved workers when it comes to internal search and knowledge management.
For example, I've seen hospital workers struggle to find a file across their siloed databases/drives/EHR systems. I'm sure similar problems carry over to banking, law etc. Is there an opportunity for a killer search/QA model that could help people find everything they need for their work?
