The “AI 8K+5G” buzzword bonanza is marvelous. I'm surprised they haven't thrown cryptocurrencies and IoT in there for good measure. I'm also surprised to read that:

How is that even a legal possibility? The state's administration can just decide to suspend these rules on a case-by-case basis without any kind of supervision or accountability?
Walker didn't do it unilaterally; the legislature passed a law to exempt Foxconn specifically. They are considering giving Kimberly-Clark a similar deal:
