Illegal immigrants are only about 3% of the total population of the country. The vast majority are Hispanic. This could potentially explain the Hispanic numbers but couldn’t possibly account for the others. 13% of blacks being illegal immigrants isn’t in the ballpark, it’s not even the same sport.
