70 Million Jobs, the first national, for-profit employment job board for people with criminal records, is seeking a Director of Operations for its small team based in SF.
We operate a marketplace business with more than one million active job seekers learning of jobs at the company's largest employers. The ideal candidate:
• Understands the start-up life and appreciates that it is at times somewhat chaotic
• Can be the organized voice of reason
• Thinks like an owner/founder (and indeed would be, through stock grants)
• Can wear many hats, including marketing coordinator, HR person, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting
• Moves carefully but very quickly
• Loves doing something never done before
• Has a strong connection to our mission of providing deserving men and women second chances
• Work closely with the company founder/CEO on strategy and planning
