Nobody is going to give a crap about Edge until it is an open source project like Firefox and Chromium. Releasing Chakra is not enough.

Like releasing Chromium is enough? Seems like a double standard to me.

Chromium is great and everything works... even Mozilla's old CEO and JavaScript creator switched Brave to Chromium. Not that it matters what their old CEO does, given his history.

Right, but Google pushes its closed brother. Why does chromium give them a pass?

Where do I download the open source version of Safari, IE or Edge?

But Microsoft is supposed to be this new hip amazing open source company, that now gives you .NET Core on Linux to build inferior applications with so you can complain about Linux being slow.

What difference does Edge being open source or not make to... anyone? How would that make anyone more interested?
