The greatest thing I ever did was get rid of all of my game systems and used that time to further my goals. I was amazed at how much more productive that I had become. I easily doubled my capacity to get stuff done. I eventually got of of watching TV shows as well. That one was much harder but again the time I have now to get my freelancing gig's done so I can take more vacations as well as build things (restore a 68 bronco, remodel the house) is amazing.
