Are there any companies out there that are brutally honest about their desire to make money, and skip the bull about mission, team, etc? I think this would be incredibly refreshing and appealing.


Many of these kids simply have never been through a boom/bust cycle, and they don't realize that the team/culture stuff doesn't make them layoff-proof, or that layoffs even exist.


You could try investment banking.


The ironic part is that banking really is analytics-driven.


Anything in finance will do.
