Their pricing is a bit extreme, especially when it comes to counting users. Its the biggest reason why we haven't paid for any tier. I'd love to pay for at least the Starter, but we have 20 external developers (but only 2 active ones) and 6 internal developers (all active). It'd be nice if there were different tiers between the users (single repo users are cheaper than multiple repo users, and the admin users doesn't count).
