The ‘Wizard of Oz technique’ may be great to snow investors, but also serves to increase competition as competitors view it a as space that can be automated.

I argue one should over estimated the amount of human level involved in producing a product. No one wants to enter a market with tons of up front costs and lots of messy humans to deal with.
