| My co-founder and I have been trying to bootstrap our idea for about a year now and think we need to raise some angel money to launch the right way. We’ve both held roles in startups and large companies but this is our first venture, and the overwhelming feedback we’ve heard from other founders is to be cautious about selling equity. We also live in a place where angel investors are sparse (ie not N California) and think our idea needs more than what we can round up from friends and family. Any feedback is much appreciated. |
