It boggles my mind how Amazon is unable to deal with the book stuffers yet claims they are taking action.
Just throwing an intern at the problem for a few days would net you a hefty list of the top abusers and a list of violations justifying booting them.
My guess would be the program managers turn a blind eye to it to boost their revenue / book metrics, and upper management is all too happy to play along.
