Hi,
it's been 5 days since I submitted my app for review in iTunes Connect and it still haven't been rejected or accepted. The app is currently in the state In Review. I've contacted the App Review team via Apple's Contact Us website [0], but in 2 days I haven't received any response either.
Have you been in a similar situation? What did you do (or what can be done) to speed-up the review process and how did you persuade Apple not to ignore you?
