| I’ve come to realize I’m extremely addicted to the Internet. I initially thought it was social media, so I got rid of those. Sure enough, my brain isn’t satisfied, so I’ve found new avenues to get my “refresh craving”, such as refreshing my email and even the new submission feed on subreddits. I’m worried this is also affecting other parts of my life, but it’s hard to say exactly where. What do you do to limit your Internet usage and stop craving new information that uliatemly doesn’t do you any good? |
