I have been a fan of this book since the early days. Throughout my life I have been profusely thanked again and again for recommending this book. Read it, and you will be nauseated at the though of the American 3 bedroom ranch style house. Life could be so much better if we took the house design decisions out of the hands of developers. I used this book to design my own home, then acting as my own contractor, I built it. It was wonderful.
