In a few short words, it is a standard for representing business rules in a way that is repeatable, and, reusable across organizations.
But there is much more than that defition. I just want to ask the community if there are any view points or experiences which caution you against relying on this standard...How about the community of people who help build the DMN? Is this inclusive? Can people be part of that community easily? What does it take? etc...
