Interesting that it's an Eclipse which will be visible in North America but apparently not Greece(?). Not quite sure how that all worked out. Maybe the Lego version, built by a guy in California, was calibrated to predict eclipses visible local to himself or something.
I found the youtube video of the Lego recreation of the mechanism worthwhile. The Lego version of the mechanism predicts an eclipse for April 8 2024, which agrees with this: http://www.planetary.org/blogs/bruce-betts/2017/20170920-gui...
