We are in the process of onboarding some board members to our US Delaware Corp subsidiary. Would love to hear from HN members about their experience and general norm
1. How much equity (ballpark) should be offered?
2. What is a good size for a board - we are in media/E-learning SAAS business. 3 or 5? Options are to include Media, EdTech, Finance and General members
3. Any other incentive for a board member actively helping to close funding round?
