On: Move over Elo - crowdsourcing a new chess rating system

Everybody's submitted solutions to this seemed to have an RMSE of 0.794 to 0.808 which seemed a bit odd to all converge in such a narrow range.

I don't think my solution is that clever, but it's gone straight to the top of the leader-board with a 0.70 RMSE.
