Would love to hear some comments on finding a sweet spot between ideas with relatively low risk and relatively low reward and ideas with high risk and high reward. What is worth to pursue? Should this choice be influenced by how experienced one is with starting a business? Where risk is obviously influenced by many factors and up to interpretation.

How was this for you? Were you confident of beating the risks (e.g. market fit, technical expertise, funding, ...) when you started your business?
