We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. Your job will be to make our customers successful, help customers use our software to it's fullest extent.
Job Description:
Outreach: contact existing customers about new features, listen to feedback, help customers use new features
Educate: create informational content including videos, emails and articles about our software
Grow: existing account by increasing internal adoption and cross-selling to other divisions/departments.
Job Qualifications
Communications or Business University Degree
0 to 3 years of sales experience
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
Analytical and detail-oriented, loves feedback, learns and iterates.
Optional:
Any health care or medical experience/knowledge a plus
What success looks like:
Conduct 15 scheduled calls with existing customers per week, in addition to unscheduled contacts. Grow usage 10% Month-over-Month.
