LocaLoqa – Location-based property MLS Q&A service useful?

I've read many great opinions here at HN regarding the real estate business, the MLS, Zillow, Redfin, and etc. hopefully I can get some inputs about our LocaLoqa here from the bright minds: https://LocaLoqa.com/@This%20MLS As a location (Google map) based Q&A startup, our initial focus is to utilize the platform as the place for property buyers and relevant parties having their Q&A exchanges. The "relevant parties" can be the brokers/agents nearby, the seller's agent, the local property gurus, and perhaps even the seller him/herself. The seller (or the seller's) agent places a marker on the LocaLoqa map with link to the official MLS, plus some useful initial info. The markers can also be listed and (advanced) searched in listing mode (better for mobile purpose). Privacy control is DIY, flexible, and practical. Each LocaLoqa Q&A thread can bea fully publicly participatory one, or be multiple one-to-one private threads as seen by different participants based on different privacy arrangement per interaction and/or per party. LocaLoqa also supports white label branding for specific deployments. Thanks in advance for your reading and inputs :-)
