We're solving one of the hardest problems in machine vision and we're looking for great researchers to help us do it.
Here is a real time demonstration of what our research platform can do today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeS8TJwBAFs
The first application of this technology is for fully autonomous stores. We have some of the biggest retailers in the world lining up to get this technology. If we can deliver it, we will capture the $500 billion / year checkout market and change the way billions of people interact with the world.
We have a great team of PhD's, even better non-PhD's, and amazing engineers. We're looking for:
Senior Researcher
You're passionate about increasing the comprehension ability of computers, especially in difficult and cluttered environments. You think general scene comprehension is possibly AI-complete, but you're working on it anyway because the field is so promising and moving so fast. You're published in top journals or conferences but also want to deliver a product that changes how we interact with the world next year rather than in the next decade. We're creating and mastering challenging new data sets. Help us do it.
Research Engineer
You breath academic papers and love implementing new network modules. You probably audibly swore when you read the recent paper on the Squeeze Excitation module and immediately implemented it in one of your classification experiments. You know how the loss function and network topology differs between tasks such as semantic segmentation and action classification. This is a résumé neutral position: we don't care if you have academic or industry experience, if you know your stuff and are passionate we want you.
