This is much closer to what I have in mind then what you can expect :)

Current draft involves two monitors, two cameras, and protocol crazy enough to confuse any firmware.

If you are serious, I would recommend using local firewall rules to modify your outgoing packets so that they are in some way non-standard, and then filtering all but the non-standard packets at your networks firewall.
