Folks who are building B2B SaaS solutions - how do you ensure that all customers are getting great quality of experience? i.e. if you are hosted on AWS/S3, what if customer's WAN is slower/failed or someone configured incorrect FW policy or the DNS to AWS failed etc? How do constantly monitor and provide updates to the customer that may be running mission critical application using your SaaS solution?
