I'm doing an introduction on Machine Learning and if relevant, my background is c#, php and node. Little bit of python.
But what would be the quickest way to program the exercises and generating charts. Wolfram Alpha comes to mind. Most people will probably advice Python or R. Charts always seem kinda tedious to set up.
What is in your experience, the fastest way to code charts?
