This seems like this going to happen if it isn't already being built by someone.
Imagine having amazing UIs declared in markup with React or similar controlled by JavaScript yet be rending things amazingly fast, near native speed with a c++ graphic engine behind it, brought up by the browser just like a web page.
This seems like a good idea. No?
