Someone couldn't come up with a better source than Aljazeera? Seriously?


The editor in chief of the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, similar to the BBC) left the CBC two years ago and became the managing director of Al Jazeera English.

That should give you a sense of how legitimate Al Jazeera has become.


News is news isn't it? So long as it's factually accurate. Aljazeera may be a better source of news than others.


BBC > Al Jazeera > CNN


While I agree that BBC is better, I find I've been reading Al Jazeera more than either CNN or BBC lately. The quality is close enough, and AJ has a very different view of the world, and I really enjoy that.
