I tried getting it to run on OpenShift but their HHVM cartridge wouldn't allow me to run Composer through it instead of PHP, which I had to be able to do, and their version of PHP was out of date.

Given the state the project is in, I haven't bothered trying anywhere else - it wouldn't be worth spending money to host.
