American runs promos for NBC shows during the "commercial breaks" of the NBC shows they run on domestic flights. Most of the time the promo is some sort of short interview or the cast member of the show saying "Hi, I'm so and so from NBC's such and such. Thanks for flying American" or something to that effect. I've never flown outside of north american so I'm not really sure how the in-flight entertainment is on anything longer than a 6 hour flight.
