On: Are the NY Times and Washington Post Buying Fake Clicks from China?

What's your explanation? It's all legitimate traffic even though the NYTimes site is supposedly banned in China? Is it still banned in China? I know it was in 2012. I'm not sure how easy it would be to get through to nytimes from China today.
